Shipping costs

Returns

You have 15 days from the receipt of goods to submit any written claims you deem necessary. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the receipt of the order. In case of errors in product shipment attributable to POSTERFIX, S.L., or if there are defects in the delivered products, POSTERFIX, S.L. will cover all transport costs related to the return.
